Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Northern Arizona Design, also called NAZ Design, including the website, contact forms, checkout, billing portal, and website services. By using the site, submitting a form, approving work, or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms.

Northern Arizona Design builds and manages simple websites for local businesses. Services may include site design, hosting setup, SSL, basic maintenance, text updates, photo swaps, launch checks, and customer support by phone, text, or email.

Any draft, mockup, or design concept is for review until you approve it. A draft does not guarantee a launch date, search ranking, customer leads, revenue, or a specific business result.

Paid plan details are shown near checkout. The current standard plan shown on the site is $39 per month with no setup fee, unless Stripe checkout, a coupon, or a written agreement shows a different price or billing start date. Annual plans or custom quotes may also be offered.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Northern Arizona Design does not collect full card numbers. Stripe shows the final price, any valid discount, tax if any, and billing start date before payment is confirmed.

By starting a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges until the subscription is canceled.

You can cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal when available, or by calling, texting, or emailing us. Cancellation stops future subscription charges after Stripe processes the cancellation. Access to hosting, maintenance, updates, and managed service may end when the paid period ends.

Monthly payments cover the service period already provided. Prior months are not refundable once website work, hosting, maintenance, or managed service has been provided. If you believe a charge was made by mistake, contact us and we will review it.

If we approve a goodwill refund, it normally applies only to the most recent monthly charge. A refund does not cancel your subscription by itself. If you want to stop service, you must cancel through the Stripe billing portal or contact us so we can cancel it for you.

Domain purchase and domain renewal costs are separate unless your plan or written agreement says they are included.

You are responsible for giving accurate business information, including business name, address, service area, phone number, email, hours, prices, services, menus, licenses, claims, and any required legal notices. You must review drafts and tell us what needs to change before launch.

We may rely on the information you provide. You are responsible for confirming that the live site is accurate for your business.

You keep ownership of the business content, logos, photos, and materials you provide. You give Northern Arizona Design permission to use, edit, resize, host, display, and publish that content as needed to build, launch, maintain, and support your website.

You promise that you have the right to use any photos, logos, text, reviews, testimonials, menu items, product details, music, video, maps, or other content you submit.

Northern Arizona Design keeps ownership of its templates, code, design systems, workflow tools, internal processes, and reusable service materials unless a written agreement says otherwise.

We will not use your business name, logo, testimonial, or site as a marketing example without permission, unless the example is clearly fictional or a demo. If you approve use as a reference, we may show the public site, business name, screenshot, or short description when talking with other local business owners.

The standard service does not include complex custom software, ecommerce, booking systems, paid ads, brand identity work, logo design, regulated compliance work, legal review, copywriting for regulated claims, advanced integrations, or large content rewrites unless we agree in writing.

Customer sites may use services from Cloudflare, Stripe, domain registrars, email providers, map providers, font providers, or other vendors. Those services may have their own terms, prices, outages, and limits.

We can help connect domains and hosting, but you are responsible for domain ownership, renewal, and registrar account access unless your written plan says otherwise.

We try to keep customer sites fast, secure, and online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, exact uptime, search ranking, revenue, customer leads, Google placement, or exact update times. Internet services, domain systems, payment providers, and hosting providers can fail or change.

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, deception, spam, malware, impersonation, infringement, harassment, or content that violates another person's rights. You may not submit content you do not have the right to use. We may refuse, suspend, or remove work that creates legal, security, payment, reputation, or provider risk.

We may pause or stop service for nonpayment, abusive behavior, unlawful content, rights violations, security risk, provider requirements, or if we can no longer safely provide the service. If service ends, we may remove hosted pages after reasonable notice unless immediate removal is needed for legal, payment, or security reasons.

The service is provided with reasonable care, but no website service is perfect. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Northern Arizona Design provides drafts, websites, and related services without warranties beyond what is stated in a written agreement.

We do not provide legal, tax, medical, financial, gambling, licensing, accessibility, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for your business requirements and public claims.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Northern Arizona Design is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, search ranking, provider outage, or business interruption damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Northern Arizona Design for the service during the three months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing a claim, both sides agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the issue by email, phone, or text.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated version will show a new effective date. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
